DescriptionHPRD is a database of human proteins, but also contains a significant amount of protein-protein interactions. Information about the domain and region of interaction, if available, is present as well as the type of experiment done to detect the interaction. Expression, domain architecture and post-translational modifications are also curated for each protein. A number of curated pathways created from the interaction data are available as images.
